Default Please help me choose a cam

Im about to order a cam and head stage 3 for ARE
but not sure what cam to order my 3 choices are
224/224.563/.581 112 lsa
224/228.561/.571 112 lsa
230/227.591/.571 112 lsa
my current mods are SLP loud mouth/no cats/
fast toys ram air kit/SLP air lid/ported maf
ported TB/Holly intake manifold.Please tell
me what you guys think.I want a cam that sounds really nasty and produces lots of power.

Bigger is NOT better. If it were, the cam manufacturers would only offer one grind.

Matched components are better. A 230 duration cam on a car w/ stock heads & no headers is NOT a good combo, IMHO.
