IMO, The Lingenfelter cam is really designed for a stock exhaust car. I would not recommend it for a car with headers and exhaust mods, which I assume C5 has.

That's a huge split on the exhaust and not much gain on the intake. You can bring the intake up several degrees and reduce the LSA a few degrees and make better power with a similar performance curve and excellent idle (e.g. 214/220 116).

My car is going to be a full bolt on car including HS roller rockers and an elec. waterpump . It already has grotyham LT headers and 3" true dual exhaust . I would really like to make 400rwhp and 400rwtq if that is at all possible. I want people to think it is just another fbody with a loud exhaust. I also plan on a NX 150 wet shot THANKS for the info. guys .

A buddy of mine had a Z28 with an LS6 cam and a lid/longtubes/cutout/nittos/4.10 gear and went an 11.8 @ 118 with a 6 speed and a 1.8 60' time. The car sounded dead stock, even through the cutout.

Best I did with the LS6 cam was 12.4 at 109 mph with MACs, lid, Yank Y3200, catback, and FTRA. Not the best, but still good considering how little I paid for the cam and springs.
