I like Clevite's Bearing Guard, but usually for the cam I just use oil.

I use the Redline Assembly Lube. I like the way it dissolves quickly when the oil hits it. Use it on the rocker contact with the valve stem and pushrod ends as well.

I used the Lucas assembly oil on my rocker arms, no complaints

Another Clevite user here

I also have Federal Mogul which is really sticky and stringy that I use when I have a spot where it needs to stick.

I have used just engine oil to lubricate the cam during cam swaps, then used Royal Purple assembly lube which worked great. Then I tried out Lucas (smells like bubble gum for some odd reason) during engine assembly and its now my preferred lubricant.

Only reason I changed brands was because I ran out of Royal Purple. Found the Lucas assembly lube to be more viscious and tends to stay where its applied for a lot longer so it is now my favourite of the 2.

As long as its an engine assembly lube you dont need to be worried. Many just use oil and it works out just fine too.
