low oil light?
low oil light? when i cranked my car up this afternoon m LOW OIL light was on. i was like WTF. so i turn into k-mart and check my oil. It was below the ADD line. so i get 2 quarts of 10w-30 mobil one and put them both in. check the oil after a couple of mins and it right at the full marker.
Is it common for the LOW OIL light to come on with it being 2 quarts low??
Some info for u guys to think about. I have 45,200 miles on my car and my last oil change was at 42,500... at about 43,000 miles i installed a AMW catch can....... this is the first time ever that ive seen the LOW OIL light on.
U think the catch can seemed to have something to do with this?
Before the catch can my car used oil and i thought the catch can will help my oil consumption out but i guess not.
WHAT CAN I DO TO HELP OUT WITH MY OIL CONSUMPTION??? this is bothering me
