Default Does Anybody Recognize This Spring Kit?

I just bought a '99 Z28 this weekend and I'm going through it to confirm what's been modified in the car. I know I've seen those retainers before, but I can't remember who's cam kit they came with.

Anyone else recognize them?

Where'd you buy it from? Any info on it? Is it a pewter car?

It's a blue one I got from a kid in greenspoint. It has to be the most jacked up car I've ever worked on. I'm taking the entire drivetrain out to go over everything and fix all the issues
