Default camshaft question for 6.0

I have two options in cams that I can put in my motor. One is a Howards version of the Asa cam, and the other is a Jegs 228/ 230 duration .585 lift cam. A friend of mine has these laying around, and I want to buy one of them from him. The question is, which will offer the most power? My motor is a stock 6.0 lq4.

It's going in a 2000 camaro. It will have headers, and I will be using a 4l60e with a 3500 stall.
