Default Which size head bolts?

I have a 1998 LS1 and am installing 2007 799 heads. Which head bolt set should I purchase? I bought a set of ARP 134-3610 but they do not fit. I appreciate the help. I searched but could not find the info.

You need older style bolts, they will have 3 different lengths.

You always buy bolts to match year of the block, not the heads.
