I have 243 castings with the 64.4cc chambers. I thought the pistons were .006 out of the hole? The cam motion calculator i used showed 11:1 compression with the .040 cometic head gasket. What compression are you thinking I would have? What ptv clearance would I have with your high lift asa cam?

PTV with .030 milled 243s runs in the .080-.100 range with a stock head gasket. So unmilled you should be fine.
You cant guess on ptd clearance if going to a thinner gasket really. Ive seen more at .009 than any other. The alum block will change clearances more upon warm up also, so keep that in mind also.

If you use the 3.910 x .040 youd be where you want to be then yes but make sure you have .030 quench. I was using a larger bore size for the gasket.

Stage 2 torque max and Streetsweeper HT will be high strung cams for the street. Especially the torquemax. I talked to tick and they told me (that was my previous choice as well) to go with the SNS instead. 11 deg overlap and you will start to have bucking and surging issues while cruising in OD or 6th. Id recommend the Streetsweeper HT for streetability reasons if those two were the choices. I wouldnt go any bigger unless you want to fork some dough for a set of heads.

If you want good manners and some lope, go with a cam like ws6stores hot cam or similar. Something with around 0 overlap at .050. Then add a cutout to the Y and you will do well on making a presence.

Right bspeck our high lift hot cam does have a good idle and is very easy to drive. has -1* of overlap. Itll idle pretty low and you can make timing changes at idle to make it lope more if you want just make sure to adj fuel trims accordingly.
Our high lift asa does come in a 11.0-11.5* of overlap. I just got done remote tuning 1 in a 98 trand am A4 with 3.73s and a 2600 stall. Zero cruise issues. idles at 800 so far. Chops SUPER hard. Should have good video next week.

What's the cost of the asa high lift cam only? I can only find it as a package on your website.
