Default bad rocker bolts

This happened from using those black round socket head bolts that you get with new rockers, mine are Comp ultra magnums. Taking things apart 8 months after rockers were installed, found some tiny threads of metal floating around, that I'm pretty sure were shaved off the radius of the bolt (where the head attaches) by the sharp edge of the trunion hole. Here's a pic of the underside of one of the bolts. Have re-installed the rockers with the stock bolts.

Good to know for future reference. Do the bolt go in weird at all or did it thread in smooth?

No problem with the bolt threads. But another problem with these bolts is that it's easy to strip out the socket cap at 22 ft/lbs, happened to me several times during either install or removal, and I'm pretty careful about aligning the hex socket I'm using.
