Btr vs Tsp cam

Btr vs Tsp cam Need a little advice. Lq4 with 243 heads going in a 5000lb vehicle with a 2500 stall. Cams I'm looking at are tsp stage 2 truck cam or btr stage 2 truck cam. I want/need low end torque. Is one of these preferred over the other? I think I'm in the right ballpark as far as cam size as it will be a dd with some track & towing time. Any advice is appreciated!

If you go BTR have it ground on a Cam Motion core for best quality. Other than that the only difference between the two is the LSA. If you get the TSP with 113LSA they would be identical except for whichever advance TSP puts on theirs. The +2 advance BTR has will give you more low end. Call TSP and ask how much theirs is advanced. Their website doesn't say.
As a standard the 212/218 is a 112+2. That's how it's sold normally but can be changed to what anyone wants.
