I have a set of rods that I thought were Scat super light 6.125 rods and ARP 2000 rod bolts but maybe they aren't. When I take the cap off, and thread the bolt all the way in, I can wiggle it side to side with lots of play. Is this normal? I asked a couple experienced builders and they said no; however, none of them have built ls engines before and they have never used my rods before. If this is bad, do you think I could just get them resized for larger bolts or do they need to be replaced?
