Looks like AFR's price change didn't make it to your web site.
An honest mistake I'm sure.

I hope you're right. AFR has not given their dealers new pricing information, so I was going off what I have in my system. I'm sure AFR will clear this up.

BTW. Matt, please go to the following link... http://www.airflowresearch.com/Airflow_Racer.pdf

Part number 1520 is what I have in stock. They list for 2199. The best I would be able to do is 2133.

Best Regards,
Chuck

We'll probably do a max effort on the 225's before we do anything with a set of 205's... But we could definitely get the 205's flowing considerably more. Bare unported they're 1599. With parts they're 1899. So depending on what kind of valvetrain you want to put into them, you're probably looking at around 3400-4000 total to do a set. That price will go down once we have some ports established.

I talked to my rep at AFR, and there was a pricing mistake on my invoice. So the price for these heads has now been reduced to 1949.00 w/ an introductory price of 1899.00.

Chuck

I'm not really here to argue with anybody over the price. Anybody selling them cheaper than I'm selling them for is either a. full of crap, or b. violating their AFR pricing agreement. I'm sure Tony or Dave from AFR would be happy to let this vendor know.

Thanks,
Chuck

I understand folks wanting the best pricing, but Chuck is right. Unless they are violating pricing agreements the prices on the heads are fairly fixed at this point. I think its good folks pointed out a pricing mistake so Chuck could get AFR to resolve that, but folks don't need to get on the price bashing bandwagon...
