Default TEA stage 1 ported LS6 heads

Is anyone running TEA stage 1 243 heads? On there site i see they flow a lot, but i'm curious to know the volume of the intake runner. They start at 210 cfm i believe. I want to run a EPS 222/226 113lsa cam with the heads. My car is a 2002 WS6 A4 with a Vig.3600 converter.
I would like to get feedback from anyone running the TEA stage 1 for 243,799 heads.

Thanks,
Den

Can't say for sure but I hear they are very similar to the PRC stage 1 243's from Texas Speed

My guess is mid 220's CC. They're pretty similar to AI's 226CC program. It seems most CNC stuff touch 300 cfm or so for around the same price of +/- $1000. Anything more than that you'll probably see better gains with an aftermarket casting

When researching CNC 243s, the TEA offering was very close to the AI 226 program as stated above. From what I can remember, the TEA had a 225 intake runner. That number is is from past memory so don't hold my feet to the fire on it lol. I ultimately went with Advanced Induction, but you really can't go wrong with either. They both make excellent power but can limit cam choice when milled.

Sold a set to KingLT1; that were 224cc according to the guy I dealt with and they flowed 312 on the intake side
Think he's pretty happy with them
Fella on here named SenicalJ had them and a 228/232 cam in a full weight F-body in the 10.90 range.......they perform well with the right converter

I have the stage 1s with stock 2.00 intake and 1.55 exhaust valves for my h/c lq4 and chose these over the stage 2 heads due to having dished pistons, not wanting to lose compression, and PTV clearance I measured. When I spoke with Gregg at TEA before ordering he told me the 2's lose some compression due to them opening up the chambers to accommodate for the larger valves and the power difference isn't enough to lose sleep over. I'm sure they're within 5hp of every other ported 243/799.

The max flow numbers are 312.5 intake and 259.4 exhaust. The flow throughout the band is as follows:

.100: 66.2 / 48.3
.200: 144.8 / 115.4
.300: 215.8 / 166.9
.400: 256.0 / 224.7
.500: 293.7 / 246.9
.550: 308.5 / 254.9
.600: 312.5 / 259.4

These numbers are right from the flow sheet TEA provided when I got my heads. I'm not looking to set records or anything with these, just a fun street car with crisp throttle response and power throughout the band. Goal at the track is to run low 11's with these heads, a cam motion 230/238 cam and a 3600-4k PTC converter.

Spot on. Senical J who's a good buddy of mine had the stage 2 TEA heads and that cam with a fast 92. He pulled weight outta the car when he did the 10.90s. I went for a ride it with that set up and that thing for being as basic as it was hauled ***.
