Low oil pressure
Worked on a buddies 6.0 with low oil pressure that was gradually getting worse to the point the light was coming on. Did the pump o ring. Then the pump. Then tore the engine down and the cam wouldn't come out. Middle cam bearing had been slowly walking out.

Got over 300k on the 03 Silverado HD1500 and oil pressure is still good. I bought an 05 Tahoe for my wife a few years back that had decent oil pressure then it went on the decline even though I changed the oil frequently.
Went to start it up one cold morning and no oil pressure at all so I quickly shut it down. Turns out the pan and pickup tube was sludge'd up to the point there was an oil restriction but after clean up, a new pick up tube o ring and a pan gasket I had oil pressure again. Guess I got lucky!

Most likely a walked cam bearing. Seen alot of ls engines with bad cam bearings. Anything over 200k with original cam bearings is on borrowed time. I just tore a 250k 6.0 apart with a bad #2 cam bearing which spun the rod bearings bellow it. Good luck!

Line bore or line honing may correct any issues. Machine shop would be able to tell after inspection...
