Default Hole in head

So how might I fix this,

#6 header bolt was wankie so I thought I'd helicoil it... guess it was a smidge closer than I thought to the exhaust chamber.

What sucks is this is a set of AFR heads.

Send it back to AFR for repair and re-drilling the hole and taping it. Put Fel-Pro N1000 on all the exhaust bolts.

Or tap it to the largest aluminum bolt that will fit, cut it of, file it flat,f and drill and tap to the proper size. Be sure and locktite r the bolt.

I'd send it back to AFR or at least call them and see what they say.

It'll leak. I have helicoil then put some jb weld in, it did not leak, that was
not my decision. I wanted to pull head and have it welded, he did not want to
spend money.

EDIT: just reread, thought it was a coolant jacket, I would try just Helicoil, worse thing is
you have to do it right if it doesn't please you.
