So I've been running Patriot gold dual springs with my Thunder Racing reverse split cam ( 230/224 .569/.563 111lsa) for a while (like since Thunder Racing was still around). I've looked and they don't seem to be on the market anymore. Looking to replace them soon and need something similar. Any good reccomendations?

 

Hi MRX, your Lobe Lift would work well with a PSI-1511 ML Spring.
Your engine will make MORE HP when this spring is fitted.

I have a TR227 and recently installed PSI1511's myself. Great springs! I had Comp 987 doubles installed before and started experiencing high rpm valve float. The 1511's took care of that and some.

Thunder Racing has been out business for quite a while . How many miles do you have on those Patriot springs , like too know when you remove them what kind of spring pressure they test at .

 

Not sure how many miles on the springs. Did the cam in 2010, but only 3 or 4k miles since then. Car is mostly a garage queen now
