Default Mill heads or Not.

Well, I bought these 799 heads used, and didn't see the indents, till after I cleaned them and having the other head assembled, of coarse.
I don't see if being an issue, just wanted to see what others think, this motor might see some boost.

Those are all inside the cyl; part of the combustion chamber.

Won't matter at all as long as there's no sharp edges on them anywhere. Not on those, or around the edges of the chambers, or anywhere else.

Agreed ^^^ but wouldn't hurt to get like 5 thou taken off to get a completely flat and clean deck

MLS gaskets work best when a fresh cut (proper RA finish) is employed
If you were just staying NA then you would be fine but boost tries to lift the head
So do yourself a favor at this stage and have a .003” cleanup done
