2.10 Valves For Ported 243 Heads? I was able to pick up a nice set of 243 heads that are ported for my LQ4 6.0. I'm going to have them milled down .030 to boost the compression. They can throw in new valves on the cheap while its being milled. Would 2.10" intake and 1.60" exhaust valves be worth the $300 price?

If the bowl and chamber are shaped correctly to flow past a larger valve; you still need the cylinder diameter to be large enough to accommodate what the head is trying to do
