pan vacuum

I have a new rebuild ls1 main/rod clearance 0.002 bore is 99mm new milling oil pump cam .550/.550and I discovered that I have enough vacuum in the pan that running it will collapse a oil container I have 3 more ls cars with no pan vacuum any idea what's wrong?

Check your PCV system. It's not ventilating.

Sounds like it's sucking through the PCV but the fresh air side is blocked.

What's your pcv setup like.
