Bought a c5 already had HC. Put in straub bushings the other day for piece of mind. After idleing for about a minute, nasty high pitch screech. Turned it off, started it again, screech for a few seconds then silent. Haven't heard it since but it was nasty. Can lifters intermittently screech and then not? Anyways, I want to replace them anyways so what are good lifters that I won't have to worry about blowing up? Thanks.
