Default Anyone running a full bolt on ls6 with a trex or similiar cam?

Possibly looking at getting into the cam only game with my Z. Im making 435 right now and have a few more mods planned to get me to 460+, the goal is to get as close to 500 wheel as possible. Right now im just looking to see what other people have got out of their ls6s with a max effort cam.

I know sillysspeed, a member on here, has/had a pretty serious max effort N/A Ls1 car that absolutely flies. I wanna say mid 9's....? Maybe try pm him.

Your times and trap are definitely damn good and all though I run a trex type cam I don't think I will be of any help in this situation lol.

Never mind I see what you are doing. I thought you wanted a car as close to stock as possible. Now you want a max effort? Why not a smaller street can that you can cruise with but make great times with?

If you have an ls6 style intake and heads I'd recommend a 228/228 (.600/.600) 112.

sillyspeed went 9.8x on a 234/242 and a little slower with a T-rex clone. You could pm HioSSilver as well, he has a max effort bolt on LS6 making 450ish rwhp. To me though, a hydraulic cam is not max effort, so Im going with a LLSR from cammotion when the time comes, pair it with a mamo ported msd and "spin it to the moon" as they say. What trans/verter are you running?

BTR Stage 2 offers great low end torque and decent top end hp.
