What rods and pistons for a turbo 5.3?

What rods and pistons for a turbo 5.3?

I will be taking my engine to a machine shop around next week to be resurfaced and need new pistons and rods. Which brand would be the best, the machine shop needs them with the block when I bring it in.

What are your power goals? Anything under 600 RWHP and I would personally go back stock but others may have a different opinion. Ive never seen a reason to build a 5.3.

Go with an Eagle assembly would be my thought.
