Default LS1 knock?? Help please, video link

I just bought this 93 Porsche Swapped with an LS1 and our about 400 miles on it. Fresh oil in the car and overall motor has 20k on it. I know there is no way to prove that but this was a build done at a shop with receipts so I have some confidence but obviously something is off. Since this motor is an LS1 really hoping this community can give me some advice on cause of noise and how to fix? Not sure if it could be a lack of oil due to sludge or just a lose lifter or something? Previous owner only put 3500 miles on this build in about 8 years so lack of use could be an item. Oil and all fluids are new though. I just heard this noise on start up, oil temp 90 but did not hear it last I drove when oil was warm, perhaps I missed it but worrh noting.

Loose rocker, valve spring broke, or bent pushrod. Its to fast paced sounding to me, to be in bottom end. Pull the valve cover and have a look.

I would use a stethoscope and try to pinpoint where its coming from. Sounds like valve train but it's so hard to tell from a video. Do you know the rocker/pushrod setup?

Just wanted to thank everyone for the help and suggestions. The search feature on this forum also answered a lot of my how to questions which is terrific. I pulled the valve cover, rigged the coil packs and with the car running could not see any issue. Turns out my header was really lose and the cause of the noise. Surprised the bolts backed out (3500 miles) but please that is all it was! Seems to be good to go now but did not replace valve cover gasket so will watch for leaks and replace if needed. Thanks to all again!

My son had a similar noise, turned out one of the spark plugs was loose. Also sounds like a leak in the manifold.

Valvetrain noise is slower than bottom end noise because the valvetrain rotates at 1/2 the speed of the rotating assembly.

It honestly sounded like a bottom end noise to me, but I saw you had what looked like decent oil pressure when you started it. So I was a little hesitant to fully think it’s that. Glad you figured it out.

Also keep in mind weird noises like that could also be your accessories. Don’t forget to pull the belt and run it a brief spell before you doom and gloom it.
