2000 Silverado randomly kills. Tryingto help a friend

Have changed 3 fuel pumps, crank sensor, oil pressure sensor, fuel pump relays. Most of the time it will start right back up. Sometimes it just turns over but will start after cycling the ignition.

It gets expensive throwing parts at it,
put a fuel pressure gauge on it, just because
you put pumps in it does not mean you have
pressure, Then check for spark, check the
basics 1st.
