Hey guys, I am learning LS engines more and more, I am a good part way through getting my 2000 4.8 ready and running stand alone on its test stand before putting it into my Colorado. I havent had the engine running since I got it, I bolted on a Holley oil Pan while its been sitting on the stand in my workshop. I pulled the oil pan back off today to weld a fitting before I fitted it back on for good and I found this little tube sitting on the bottom of my pan, where is it from? it has an oring on one end and kind of looks like an oil gallary tube or something?
