PRC 5.3 Stage 2.5 Heads. 
I must not have posted this correctly earlier so I’ll try again. I just recived my Teaxs Speed order today, and after examining the heads the combustion chambers look pretty rough do they look normal?

That is totally normal. Nothing to be gained smoothing it all out. In fact removing material will lower the compression.
