I must not have posted this correctly earlier so I’ll try again. I just recived my Teaxs Speed order today, and after examining the heads the combustion chambers look pretty rough do they look normal?

They only cnc what needs removed. You could smooth them with a sandpaper roll but probably wouldn't gain anything.

That is totally normal. Nothing to be gained smoothing it all out. In fact removing material will lower the compression.

My car came with those same heads so I've never actually seen them. Why not just see what TSP says

CNC only hits the parts that need to be hit.
