What's so special with the isky triple 12? Details if you know please.

Probably the best all-around performer for power/torque, idle quality, driveability, economy, turbo spool, valvetrain stability, etc, especially for a street car.
For some reason they seem to make way more power than they should for their size, and the spool/torque on them is a bit overwhelming sometimes.

You can only get them from one person, and he has barely posted on this forum in the last couple of years.
Yet they are still one of the most praised cams out there.

I read a little about them. There's not much reading material on them except how nice they are. But from what I gathered there's 2 sizes?

No, the triple 12 is just the triple 12. He offered cams in multiple sizes, a lot of guys here run them. I have 2 steps up from the triple 12.

Well which one is the best one? Not that it may apply to my current build but maybe for a future one that'll have more $$ in it for more power...

I just installed the Summit racing stage 1 turbo cam in my fbody . Go check out my build thread. It's cheap, can use single springs, and will work very well with your boosted 4.8. I built a boosted 4.8 fbody last year m stock 4.8, cam, 78mm turbo and it did 670 rwhp on 18#
