Default Cam Selection Help

Looking for some insight on selecting the right cam for my current set up. I have a 2001 Trans Am with the mods listed below. Right now the 228R cam has worked well with the set up, but I am in the process of upgrading to Livernois LS6 Stage III heads. With the motor tore down this far I was wondering if there would be a better cam to match up with this combination. The car does get driven mostly on the street and I want to retain the ability to drive in traffic with the A/C and be able to tune through any low engine speed issues. With that being said the car is a weekend warrior and does see 100-150 shot of nitrous at the track. Open to insight on cams that have worked well for people with similar set ups. I am also open to spending a little extra for a custom grind but have no idea how or who to get a hold of to do that. CR should be 10.8:1. Thanks for any isnight

LS6 intake
1 7/8 TSP headers
Yank 3200 TC
Performabuilt 4L60
Quick Performance 9" 3.73 gears
Nitrous Outlet Plate kit
Livernois Stage 3 heads 2.02 int 1.575 exh
Racetronix Fuel pump/hotwire kit

With just a yank 3200. I'd say the 228r is your best bet!

Mavn has proven that smallish cams can make great power. You don't need a Stage 10 cam and 400 CC intake ports and 3 inch valves to make great power.

I ran the Livernois Motorsports stage 3 LS6 heads with TSP 233/239 cam. But i also had a 4000 stall. Easily drivable..

Thanks for the feedback, TXZ28LS1 what times did you run at the track with that set up?

Im OK if this cam is the best match for my set up and intended use for the car, was just hoping I could take one step more aggressive without giving up too much driveablity.
