It’s just a very thin sliver of aluminum left after machining for the seats. I’ve seen it before as well on my AFR 205’s. Just use a dremel and smooth that area on all chambers.

My AFR’s have been working well for 8 years now.

I've seen this and heard of it before on here. A lot of knowledgeable people said don't worry about it and just run it. It's normal and won't hurt anything as long as it's sealed up.

I'm not giving my opinion in any way, just letting you know that I've seen many reputable people say don't waste the money, send it and don't worry. Good Luck
