MP-50 moly paste?? Anybody ever use MP-50 moly paste when torquing their head studs down?? We use it when torquing down studs and nuts on flanges in the oilfield, how much different could it be from using the ARP assembly lube??

Most assembly lubes don't have solids in them. This has moly disulphide, which could clog a filter.

Ah okay. Wasn't too sure about it. Tried to Google different uses but didn't come up with much. And I'm also assuming this stuff probably wouldn't melt away during heat cycles??
500,000 psi film strength and - 300 degrees to 750 degrees Fahrenheit as operating criteria, that sounds really stable.
I don't think I would use that inside an engine.
I wonder if it would be suitable as a suspension grease/lube for various components.
