Default 6.100 Rods with stock crank & block

Hi! Can i use 6.100" long connecting rods, with stock crank, and this JE Pistons? Rod length difference compared to stock is only 2 thousands. Seller description says "This piston can also be used with aftermarket 6.100" length rods" Do i have to consider some details if using longer rods? Extra length is visible in piston deck height, and that rises compression, witch is good when i am aiming to 11 ratio. Here is the rods that i have been looking for. Can you tell me some points if i use H-beam style forged rods?

You have to make sure the pin bores in the rods and pistons are the same size (ie .927, .945”, etc) and that the sum of half the stroke, the rod length, and the piston compression height is not too much more than the block deck height.
