Default First Rebuild Help

Hello this is my first rebuild of a motor(i have a LM7 5.3 i just got back from the shop ) i got it cleaned honed,heads(862) resurfaced, the cam and crank polished and little thinks like pistons, rods lifters Etc... so i was told for bearing(main and rod) that i needed standard bearing. Also i had new cam bearing put in..
The question is .. What are some good main and rod bearing for a starter project.. down the line i want to turbo 400-500 hp but right now i just want to future proof the motor a little.
I did see a set of King bearing for 53 on amazon don't know if there good or bad. price range it between 50$ - 125$
