How do you remove/replace ls valve guide? Limited information on this.

 

Take it to a machine shop. They’ll have an air hammer and an attachment for driving out guides and installing new ones.

 

It might be worth asking to see if the valve job needs refreshing on that cylinder. I've been told it's often hard to impossible to get the new guide exactly in the same location as the old one and that can affect how the valve sits in the set in some cases.
