I am in the middle of depinning my harness to a standalone harness for my LS swap. I will be going with a TH400 with LS.....I have a tried to reach out to Brendan at LT1 but haven't had any luck with a response. I was just wondering which pins I can remove if I will not be using an electronic tranny like a 4l60e or 4l80e. All the wires in the harness that pertain to the transmission? could i just remove them? Or are there any I would need to keep for the TH400? I dont think I need to keep any as I already have the wires needed already connected to the TH400.

Just leave them there in case you change your mind or sell the harness later down the line. I think you would just program ecm for manual trans to use 400 trans
