Thanks for the Replies Guys 
I think my tuner screwed up and put my n2o tune in that He pulled out before I got my timing tuner.I run Sunoco 94 in my car.I put 5 adv timing in my timing tuner for WOT and the car woke up Big time 
its amazing how much 4-5 degrees makes.Jayson @ MTI said 28 is prob where I should be,but 30 may be to much for pump gas now-a-days.
