Hard to say without knowing if you have a really good induction setup, exhaust setup, under drive, elec power steering pump, deleted PS.. If you have all those things and a crank scraper close to 500. Which if you don't have a crank scraper grab one before you toss the motor in.
In a car setup decently that isn't real heavy should run upper 6's/10's
