Put it all back together, Swap in cam and valve springs... tune.... good exhaust..... done
if something was wrong with it just go grab another one, not worth building when the stock ones work just fine..

Don't bore it more than needed to clean up wear.
Just do a good short block rebuild, get a good multiangle valve job on the heads, plus maybe a bowl blend, then put in a cam of around 220/228, about .550 lift, plus springs that will handle the lift.
The engine will be as dependable as stock, sound good, and run well.

Thats what I would go with for a good budget setup.

and once again i would slap it back together... unless you just WANT to bore it and rebuild it, if thats the case I would have it bored to 3.898 and make it a 5.7. or ditch it and find a 6.0 thats in good shape...
