So I was talking to a guy that helps me with ls stuff I just got a ms4 cam and am ordering pac .660 double valve spring kit but I heard that they might not fit in the valve seat is this true and will I need to make the seat bigger to fit them

They'll fit just fine.

Know It All

They will fit in the seat, but they won't work with the stock locators, seal, or retainer (obviously). If you got the kit that includes new retainers, locators, and seals, then you should be ok.
