rpkurbo: I’m glad my build inspired someone! I don’t do this for the money, I do it to save trucks. Most years we operate with a net loss. Luckily I am a %100 disabled vet. The Army compensates me quite well. So I can afford to lose some in my business!
The forum shows I didn't edit my post in question. I didn't delete any post to this thread. Another member did both of those.

Ask the moderator to explain what occurred. It's very simple and it doesn't involve me

Skymangs, I'm sure you know mods can see what has been edited or deleted. Neither has been the case with 99 Black Bird in this thread. So please refrain from repeating this accusation and any further name-calling. Keep your comments to tech matters.

Whatever you need to tell yourself. I know what I saw. I wouldn’t have reacted that way accept an a response to what I read. And if you read posts 4 and 5,their was definitely another comment there that I responded to. Now there isn’t. I rest my case. I don’t know about you guys, but I’m over it. So you were a dick and changed your tune, so what?

There was a post there yes, you are correct, BUT it wasn’t from Blackbird. I un-deleted the post so that you can go back and re-read it. AGAIN...you’ve accused the wrong guy here.

I remember that post, but there was one between 6 and 7 blasting me for building a customers truck off of youtube and forums. And I explored that I had talked to my customer about it, and he wasn’t paying any labor. I distinctly remember that post because it requested a more in depth explanation.

Well I stand corrected, and look really stupid! I am genuinely sorry for accusing you 99Blackbird. I hope you can find it in your heart to forgive me. I honestly thought I saw your screen name beside that post, and then it disappeared. Please forgive me. all the stuff I said still stands, but against JaysSSZ28 not 99Blackbird!

JaysSSZ28 was the one being the total ***-clown causing the whole issue.

Skymangs It's OK. Welcome to the forum Skymangs

Thank you to the fine moderator staff at LS1Tech for sorting this mess out and helping Skymange see what really occurred.

I found the original question a good question, I've often wondered why some high performance pushrods are listed as Chrome Moly and others are just listed as heat treated and what the difference would be for a pushrod application, if any.
