So it sounds like you have 2 problems to solve. Divide in half and conquer.

One, the sugar in the motor. As said, PITA, annoying, and all that, but not life-course-threatening.

Correct solution there is something like, a padlock on your jeans zipper; a cordial and well-meant handshake, and best wishes for her future; and telling her without malice or venom, and with a smile on your face, that not only EFF her, and EFFFF the horse she rode in on, but also EFFFFFFF the man who drove the cart that her grandfather met her grandmother in and may he be consigned to the flames of Hell for eternity; and last of all thank you very much and don't call me I'll call you.

Kick this piece of scum to the curb and GROW UP. Any man that allows himself to be taken advantage of by some piece of p**** this way, and comes back for more, deserves to have his Man Card REVOKED PERMANENTLY and be sent to a federal pound me in the a** prison because he likes it. I stayed as there is a kid involved. Trying to be a good father has put my best interest for myself in jeopardy as things are becoming violent from her.. She had no problem fishing off the company pier getting railed in the locker rooms. And now she sees I’m done and done she’s going from one extreme to the other emotionally. Begging me to stay and when I say no **** comes flying at me in forms of cups and whatever else she can grab. Guess it’s the panic setting in unleashing the crazy.
at this point worse comes to worst and I pay child support, I pay 1800 a month on household bills now and she pays 300 then breaks my **** every month. I’d rather pay support and have someone rent. In all honesty. At least then I wouldn’t have to fix holes in the wall and replace my items and **** like that

also, on the motor so flush with hot water, should I attempt to pull rockers and flush the lifter galley? Then pull plugs and fill with oil and dry spin under no compression to build pressure then try to fire it up? My main concern is washing out bearings and then having them spin metal on metal, I figure they should be okay with no compression pressure on them correct?

 

Prime the engine, that will push out the water and debris from the bearings and through the pushrods. Let that oil out of the drain as well before the final fill.

 

Get the kid and gtfo

 

You need to document everything that's happened. You also need to call Police when she might throw something that hits you, destroys your items, etc. Document or you will be without that kid and paying child support +$1K month till they're 18. I'm sure she wouldn't make visiting them easy as well or say great things about you to your child. Does she have any type of record? Fight for custody or you're going to be worse off for a very long time..
