Default lq9 Swap issue

hi guys ,
I have been facing this issue more than month on my engine and its like sewing noise , when i hit the gas pedal or while driving the sound increase but on idle it smooth .
her is the engine setup ;
I bought this engine from the junkyards and i done full rebuild , and also swap BTR STAGE 2 TRUCK CAM.
- comp cam hardened pushrod 7.400
- ls7 lifters

- LS6 Valve Springs
- Trunnion Upgrade

- nnbs truck intake + 92 tb
- shorty headers
the engine stock bottom and heads never been milled.
so please guys help me to figure it out

Sewing noise? like a chirp or a tick? sewing doesnt really help much..makes me think of a sewing machine running lol. can you describe the noise differently please? or a vid might help.. I feel your pain i had a whistle from a jeep i owned. did it for a year before i figured it out. drove me crazy!
