Default LQ9 cylinder walls?

Pulled the heads off the LQ9 today. Have some pics of the cylinder walls on passenger side. Too much piston to wall clearance? I heard the motor run and so far everything looks good. There was some metal flake in the oil, very fine. Other than that everything looks good?

Like surface rust or pitting? Only on the passenger side bank. Nothing that catches your finger nail or anything.....send it?

Should I even try to use a scotch brite or Emory cloth to clean them up? I am gonna be putting money into it. Cam and valve train upgrades, the usual and carb and intake and MSD. Or just send It? Im leanimg towards just send it. Looks worse than it is. I thought maybe had some piston rock at first.

If your putting money into it then atleast do a dingleball hone job, I got a l96 from the junk yard that looked worse in hole #1 and #7......couple passes with the dingleballs and some atf, and she cleaned up very very well, runs even better, I just put the first 1000 miles on that motor today, hopefully she is finally broken in....

Had standing water when i pulled the head off

Nice and almost purdy
