Default LS1 706 cyl head compression ratio question

Hi LS1 tech!
Im new the world of LS1's (after a 20 year run with German cars) so sorry if i ask basic stuff.

I have been researching this forum all day looking for my answer and have came up short. hopefully you guys can help. i have a c5 vette with an LS1, i have an opportunity to take some ported 706 heads with 2.00" LS1 intake valves off of a friend for a really good price. I know this bumps the compression and people have good results with it on a ls1 over the stock 241's, but my concern is that he milled the heads and additional .015"... will this bump the compression ratio too high for me to safely run it on 91 pump gas? and will i have any piston to valve clearance issues? hes throwing in a new BTR stg 4 truck cam as well, which, i believe is 224/230 .553/.553 109+

you guys are very knowledgeable on this forum, any help would be much appreciated.
