You need way more head and intake . Hand ported is a loose term. I would say 230 cam, stroke changes the rules.

you really need to pick a peak rpm. 6000?

I got the LS summit cam, one step above yours for my new 6.0 for me build. And i am not stroked.

Ya sorry, it was a vague description we just moved to Florida, haven't found anyone with a flow bench to get an idea of what these heads flow.. the intake runner cc at 225- 230. These are the first 799 I've done but based on other ls heads I did I get around 300cfm- 305 @.600. There at the machine shop to get 2.02/ 1.60 SS valves.
As for peak rpm definitely not more then 7000 if I take it to a track.
So you think a cam at 230*intake? For good driveability? I'm. Not looking for just a peak number. Nice broad powder band

225cc and 2.02 valve. You can get 310cfm .not easy finding that 5 or so cfm from the bigger valve, but i eventually did. Off top of my head that just be enough for 6000rpm peak on urs. With a decent cam. Exhaust port probably needs around 82-86cc
