Compared to the .457/.466 lift of the stock cam, you really won't gain much.
Lift will be .483/.493, which, while a gain, really won't gain much power, when you figure your duration is a big limitation at 191/190.

If I remember right from another thread you'll gain somewhere around 10 numbers
As a singular mod they don't do much, but can be a good part of a total package.
Also, if you did do them, you'd have to upgrade valve springs, those are far heavier over the nose compared to stock rockers and you're already on the very edge of valve control over 6000 rpm with stock stuff.
