Recommend a cam for this 427 with TFS 245 heads
Assembling a 427 for a friend who wanted to go with an off-the-shelf cam but wondering what everyone else is running with this setup.
What cam specs and who did the cam for you?
4.08 bore LSA block.
4.10" stroke.
K1 internals.
TFS 245 cathedral port heads.
T56 with 4.11 gears.
Goal is very low 10s. Car is street driven a lot so he needs good street manners.

Sounds like a fun build and goal!
Which intake manifold? MSD? Fast 102 with or something else? Well Ported I hope if its a plastic intake.
I"d consider something in the ballpark of the Cam Motion Hot Street Stroker cam. Depending on intake maybe with a slight tweak to duration and/or LSA I'm sure CM can make a more well matched suggestion.
