Default Lifter tick or rod knock

Getting opinions on this one. Seeing if anyone has had the same sound. Good oil psi. When revs it does stay consistent with rpms.

Drain the oil and see how it looks. Cut the filter open as well

Not the lifters. Lots of shavings. Sucks. But it is what it is.

Bummer. Same thing happened to me last year, sounded like a lifter, oil pressure was the same, number 6 rod bearing went.
