Brian Tooley has them. But you will gag at the cost.

It’s ok to reuse them. They aren’t TTY like the head bolts.

The inner mains torque at 15 ft/lbs then 80 degrees.

The outer mains torque at 15 ft/lbs then 51 degrees.

They torque to an angle, but not to yield. I reuse them all the time, torquing them over and over during the build process to check clearances, and never had a problem.

To the OP, the automotive machine shops I used to work in all had a scrap bin full of stock bolts from swapping to ARP fasteners. You might want to try asking some local machine shops or engine builders that work on LS engines.
