Default 6.0 tear down-orange markings factory?

Just pulled my LQ4 out again trying to see if a rod is bent or something else obvious.
Here’s a few pics-are these orange markings from the factory?

I haven’t seen any paint marks in any Oem LS build I’ve ever been inside of. The engines are built by robots (except LS7 and LS9 I think) so someone has been in there before you.

thought so. Bearings look fine and the pistons appear to be stock so I don’t think it’s been bored over.

Those are factory marks. It's not a coincidence that every one I've seen them in have been orange marker also.

Somebody find that damn robot with the orange marker.

Dots on the rods, line on one, after cleaning.
I don't take pictures of markings. These just happen to be visible in pictures I have.
