L33 cam

L33 cam Sorry if it has been address before but from my search I have no be able to the info I need.
I have a l33 with 243 heads with a Muncie m21 4 speed that with be going in my 77 Celica. The car will be a drift/ track car that will rarely see street use. I got a good deal on a small cam combo but don’t know if it’s too small for my application. My rpm range will be from around 3000-7000 rpms with most of its time at the higher revs. Im also thinking of milling the heads. Is it worth the compression ratio or can I just use a different cam to make the power. Cam specs are below. Any help would be awesome. Thanks
